What is RTT & Transactional Analysis?
Core Belief Rewiring™ brings together two methods that do different jobs. Rapid Transformational Therapy finds the moment a limiting belief was first written; Transactional Analysis gives you the tools to keep the change once it's made.
RTT finds the root. TA keeps you changed.
Finding the Root
We use Rapid Transformational Therapy to quiet the conscious, overthinking mind and go beneath it. A limiting belief is a weed with deep roots — you can trim the leaves all you like, but until you reach the root, it grows back. So, together, we find where it was first planted.
Tending the New Growth
Pulling the root is only half the work. With Transactional Analysis, we tend the freed soil — you learn to recognize the old script as it reaches for the light again, and to keep choosing differently, until the new way is simply how you grow.
Finding the root cause in record time.
Have you ever wondered why you keep doing the same thing, even when you know it isn't serving you? You tell yourself you'll start tomorrow, and tomorrow doesn't come. You've tried positive thinking, affirmations, willpower — and still the old pattern wins.
Here's why. Your conscious mind is only a small part of the story. The real driver is your subconscious — the part running quietly in the background, shaped by things that happened before you could even remember them.
RTT doesn't talk around the problem. It goes straight to where it's stored.
Developed by the therapist Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy draws on elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and an understanding of how the mind learns, to help you:
- ✓Reach the root of a limiting belief — often laid down in childhood.
- ✓Understand why you've been stuck in the same pattern.
- ✓Begin to replace the old belief with one that actually supports you.
- ✓Work toward real change without years of managing the symptom.
Inside a session
Every RTT session moves through the same four stages — from deep relaxation to a new belief you strengthen, day by day, over 21 days.
Induction
You'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state — similar to meditation, or that dreamy feeling right before you fall asleep. You're always in control, aware of everything, and can come out of it anytime. This isn't stage hypnosis; it's a natural, safe state that lets your conscious mind take a break so we can reach the subconscious programming underneath.
Investigate
Together, we trace the belief back to where it began. Maybe you decided at age 7 that “I'm not good enough,” the day a teacher crossed out your work. Maybe at age 10 you learned “I have to be perfect to be loved,” because praise only ever came for the achievements.
Interpret & Reframe
Once the root is out, we don't leave the soil empty. We reframe the old belief and plant a more supportive one in its place — one that serves who you want to become, not who you were once told to be.
Rehearse
Over the next 21 days, you listen to your recording every day. The repetition is the whole point: a new belief is like a newborn, and it needs to be repeated daily until it's strong enough to stand on its own.
You're not alone. Here's the truth.
Myth
You'll lose control or be unconscious.
Truth
You're fully aware and in control the entire time.
Myth
You'll reveal secrets you want to keep hidden.
Truth
You only share what you're comfortable sharing.
Myth
It only works on “weak-minded” people.
Truth
Being thoughtful and imaginative is an asset here, not a barrier.
Myth
It's magical or woo-woo.
Truth
It's a calm, practical process grounded in how the mind learns.
Understanding your life's blueprint.
RTT finds the root and pulls it out. TA is what you do with the freed soil. It helps you tend the new belief — to notice the old pattern when it reaches for the light again, and to keep choosing differently until the new way is simply how you grow.
Transactional Analysis is a practical, down-to-earth way to see why you think, feel, and act the way you do — especially with other people.
The three voices inside your head
TA teaches that we all have three distinct modes of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Most internal conflict happens when Parent and Child are arguing and the Adult isn't in the room.
The Parent
The “shoulds” and “musts” you absorbed from authority figures growing up. It can be nurturing (“Take care of yourself”) or critical (“You're so lazy”).
“You should work harder. Other people are more successful than you.”
The Child
This holds your emotions, creativity, and the beliefs you formed as a kid. It can be free and playful, or scared and reactive.
“I don't want to try — what if I fail? They'll think I'm stupid.”
The Adult
Your rational, present-moment self — the part that can observe, analyze, and make conscious choices.
“I'm feeling anxious about this presentation. Let me prepare thoroughly and remember that my worth isn't tied to the outcome.”
TA teaches you how to strengthen your Adult voice so you run the show — not old programming or childhood fears.
The story you've been living.
Before you turned 7, you wrote a “script” for your life. Based on what you experienced, were told, and observed, you made decisions like these — and you've been unconsciously acting them out ever since.
- “I need to be perfect to be loved.”
- “It's not safe to show my feelings.”
- “I have to do everything myself.”
- “I'm not as good as others.”
- “It's not available to me.”
Read your script
Identify the unconscious patterns running your life.
Edit your script
Consciously choose new beliefs and behaviors.
Rewrite your ending
Create the life you actually want — not the one you accidentally planned as a child.
Why communication patterns matter
TA helps you understand what's really happening beneath the surface of your interactions. Once you see the pattern, you can change it.
- ?Why do you keep attracting the same type of difficult person?
- ?Why does feedback from your boss trigger you so intensely?
- ?Why do you people-please even when you're exhausted?
- ?Why do you push people away when they get too close?
Why we use both methods together.
RTT on its own is powerful. TA on its own is clarifying. Together, they support change that has a real chance of lasting. This isn't a quick fix, and it isn't years of talking in circles — it's one process that works on the belief underneath and the daily patterns sitting on top of it.
